Many users abandon applications after encountering lengthy and cumbersome steps, particularly when these platforms are not optimized for mobile devices, making it difficult to apply from phones or other mobile devices. To begin the design process, I started by creating several paper sketches to explore different layout options. I carefully considered both desktop and mobile views to ensure a responsive and user-friendly experience
